Has it been so long since I've posted? Emma has been changing so quickly this past month. Once she started walking, the talking soon followed! She talks a lot more at daycare than at home---she knows her favorite teacher's name, Alicia, though it sounds a little closer to "Lisa." And she has "mine" and "Matt stop!" down. Matt is a couple weeks younger than her, and he must annoy her often! He is a bruiser...he threw himself down into my lap today, and it felt like three Emmas crashing into me!
She has developed a tendency to throw things when you catch her doing something. I saw her pulling out plastic plates, told her no, and she immediately threw them as far away from herself as she could, than she tried to give me an innocent expression---what, I wasn't doing that, it must have been the dog. How do you keep from laughing?
