I don't know if anyone watches Kitchen Nightmares (Andrew and I love to get a bit of our "restaurant fix" from tv shows to remind us of what we don't miss)---we were watching the season finale when they featured a restaurant in New Orleans that I went to with my coworkers! This show was hard to watch, though. Oceana...I took a pic of the sign and posted it on an earlier post here. Even though we went after Gordon Ramsey was there, I can tell you they went back to their old ways. The morning after we ate there, my supervisor was accusing me of giving her the stomach flu after having been sick all night. But then we found out everyone who ordered the crab cakes had been sick...and then I saw this show....ok, I felt a little vindicated, and a lot grossed out. This is why I don't eat out much.
When she's not sick, Emma is pretty active. She is steady on her feet, but not ready to let go and walk. Yay! =) And besides fighting germs, we've just been busy working!

Emma is so adorable and getting SO big! We try not to eat out much either because of all the gross things I'm afraid of! Sounds like Andrew's business is taking off-how cool to have a radio plug! Looking forward to the updates on how it's going!! Hope you're all finally healthy:)
ReplyDeleteHi Carol! Thanks for the re-invite to your blog:) Emma is so beautiful...I hope we can get together soon and the kids can play. I have a one-year gift for her that I need to get in the mail- for some reason, I always thought her bday was in June. She's much older than that already!
