I can hardly believe another month has passed since I posted. Time has flown by, and there just isn't enough hours in a day. Tomorrow, Emma will be 8 months old! It's amazing how much she has changed in such a short amount of time. During Thanksgiving weekend, she started getting around on her own---in an army crawl style.
Emma also loves her walker. I feel like I have an oversized hamster running around the house. She likes to follow the cats, or, when she wants our attention, she'll continuously smack the walker into our legs while pulling at our pants. Sometimes she adds a loud wail to get her point across.
And tonight, we're expecting our first big snow. The weather channel says we're looking forward to an "epic lake effect event." They're predicting a possible 1 to 1 1/2 feet of snow!! Whatever happened to measuring in inches? A little snow for the holiday season is nice, but it sounds like we may welcome snow and winter with a bang. I'm already hoping for a snow day from work on Monday! :) That would make a very pleasant beginning of the work week.
I hope everyone is having a wonderful holiday season!
